Can't Get a Free Credit Report when Denied?
If you have been denied credit, do the following:
Send the denial letter to the CRA identified in the denial letter within 60 days of the denial letter, and that CRA must provide a free copy ot their credit report. CRA 612(b) and 615(a)(3) entitles consumers to a free credit report.
This applies for every denial, without any limit.

Thanks for the great tip.
My husband was just denied a new credit card. So we are going to ask Transunion to send us the credit report.
Hopefully, nothing nefarious is going on.
