Are Credit Complaints Down Thanks to the CFPB?
The CFPB issued a report claiming that they and the CARD Act saved consumers $20 Billion, through improvement in disclosures and new industry regulations.
Have you seen fees for your cards go down?
Do you think there is less to complain about when it comes to your credit card issuers?

No way credit complaints are down, IMHO. With the CFPB out there asking for complaints and looking for scalps, I bet they are on the rise.

Nope. They are on the rise from people who work in the industry and consumers because of the stricter disclosure laws.
It has become so bureaucratic and unnecessary it has caused some business to shut down completely because they have to be overly compliant.

As long as there is fine print and gotchas, there will be credit complaints.
