    Credit Card Fraud up 18%

Despite the introduction of chip cards and other measure, credit card fraud continues to climb. 15.4 million Americans were victims of credit card fraud last year - which is up 18% from 2015. Industry losses totaled $16 billion.

It seems like the thieves always manage to stay one step ahead.

yeah. card issuers are going to need to find sone way to inconvenience us online too. then it will be easier to shop in brick and mortar stores with cash. like returning to the stone age for better security against identity theft.
