Co-signer of Corporation that doesn't pay debt
From what I've heard, if you are a co-signer or guarantor of a corporation that stops making its monthly payments on a business credit card, your best course of action is to pay off the debt (if you can and its small enough) to not ruin your credit and then sue them in small claims.
For larger debt defaults that you are unable to pay, a legal professional is your best bet for the best advice.
