    When To Obtain Credit Reports

We converted from Chapter 13 to Chapter 7, had 341 meeting and are currently in limbo awaiting discharge.

My question: I am extremely anxious to know what our credit reports look like. Would it be appropriate to get reports now and again after discharge, to be sure everything is properly reported? Or is that timeline too soon?

I am very suspicious about one of our previous lenders and believe they are not above pulling tricks. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

I would wait until after the discharge.

Thank you. Makes sense. And then I'll go over it with a fine tooth comb. There is one lender in particular who is known to pull really funny things and then claim ignorance of the facts. Believe me, if they try one false move, it's lawsuit time.
