What happens to the rewards for my spending until the new card goes live in June?

I was wrong. This new Costco card will be the best cash back card. Especially after I pair it with my my DoubleCash card. It looks like Citi is on a roll.

Just so Amex doesn't feel bad, I am thinking of adding a Blue Cash Everyday card for grocery stores.

So timely, because I was planning on going to Costco over the weekend.

So, should I shred the TrueEarnings card on June 20th.

Well, the True Earnings card will still be usable as an Amex card, so you don;t need to shred it. But the benefits on the new Anywhere card will be superior in all respect. So you may not really want to use it, as you will presumably have both in your wallet.

I need to correct this. Prior correspondence from Amex indicated I would be able to continue to use the card. But I just received notice that the TrueEarnings cards should be shredded after June 20th as they will not longer be usable or valid.
