What does 700ish mean?

If you are 680s or 690s, I say Capital One Venture or Quicksilver card. Costco Visa card and Sam's Club card also are very good, if you're a member.

If 700 - 720, Discover it, Citi Double Cash, Chase Freedom or Sapphire Preferred. And you may also want to look at Amex Blue Cash Everyday and Preferred.

Without more information, it is hard to offer more specific advice than happypenguin did. And even with more info, it might be hard to improve on it.

With a 700 credit score or better, you are going to get approved and get a good deal. But, there are some lenders that will not give you their best rates until you score even higher. So, continue to attempt to improve your scores, because a 700 credit score is not the good number.
